COVID- 19
Our cleaning methods are created to prevent cross-contamination & sanitize surfaces safely and effectively, these include
-Microfiber Cloths they are colour coded so separate cloths are used for bathrooms and the rest of the home.
-High Touch Areas service includes sanitizing high touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls & cabinet knobs.
-Washable Filters: Our vacuums use washable A filters and are cleaned regularly (but prefer to you use your vacuum that is in your home for your home.)
-Hand-Washing Protocol: We have implemented a mandatory hand wash protocol. All team members must wash their hands upon entry and upon exit of every home with soap & water for 20 seconds minimum, and we will not be using our clients’ towels.
-Disinfection Use: Our staff are trained to apply disinfectant to their supplies between each home we service.
-Social Distancing: Our teams are trained and reminded to enforce social distancing while on and off the job. In order to accommodate this while on the road, clear dividers have been installed in our company vehicles.
- Healthy Cleaning Tech’s: Any team member showing symptoms of the flu or COVID-19 will not be permitted to work. Our staff are aware there will be no repercussions for taking time off while showing symptoms.
